Table Captain Information
Please join us as a Table Captain! Table Captains commit to filling a table of 10. While there is no cost to attend, guests will be asked to make a donation during the event—suggested donation: $150 or more. With help from our Table Captains and sponsorship dollars, we hope to have 300+ guests join us and raise more than $90,000 at the event.
If you would like to volunteer as a Hope Starts Here Table Captain, please register here. Once you are registered, you'll receive a confirmation email. We will send you a Table Captain packet with detailed instructions along with an Evite to help you invite your guests!
As a Table Captain, you will be asked to:
- Save the date on your calendar – Thursday, May 25! Registration is at 11:30 a.m.
- Fill a table of 10 by inviting and confirming that nine guests will join you. We will email you an Evite and sample email to help you invite your guests.
- Have your guests register on the website or send Sukai at sukaig@lifewire.org your Guest List, including contact information and dietary restrictions as soon as possible.
- Arrive at Meydenbauer no later than 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 25, to register, pick up your Table Captain packet, and welcome your guests.
- Enjoy the Lunch!
- Pass out the pledge cards, pens, and envelopes to your table during the event when instructed. Please fill out your pledge card (even if you just write us a note) to set an example for your guests.
- Collect all pledge cards and place them in the teal Table Captain envelope. Turn in your teal envelope to the LifeWire staff members at the door on your way out.
